My link dump hiatus will continue. Frankly, I’m not that into reading the news at the moment. The presidential election fills me either with disgust or exasperation. The less said about international affairs, the better. In lieu of a depressing list of links, I offer more whinging about mental health.

Last night I got about four hours of sleep, tops. Every hour or so I woke up, either plagued by nightmares or the tightness in the pit of my stomach I assume will go away with age, but never does. Not content to lay around staring at the ceiling, I read some news, listened to some podcasts and finally passed out to Gordon Lightfoot’s Sundown for a couple hours.
