S0cialist Equality Party candidate Jerry White will be taking question on Reddit. I urge people who vote to vote for White and you should ask questions in this forum whether you plan to vote for him or not.
If the discussion on my wall is any indication, the author is right. American liberals have no deal breaker. They will vote for the Democratic Party, acting as active accomplices in the nation’s rightward drift and willing apologists for the worst excesses of the American state, provided that the Republicans are able to find someone subjectively “worse.” Considering the mountains of evidence that Obama is worse than Bush using quantifiable, objective metrics, I’m still confused as to what arguments are being made that Republicans are “worse” other than a liberal distaste for the cultural signals sent.
TL;DR: American liberals have no political principles whatsoever. Gross.
This is a new-to-me article about Naomi Klein-reading, organic-garden planting, social-justice-Tumblr-maintaining “anarcho-liberals.” I’m not sure which bothers me more, this crowd or Democratic Party voters with political Stockholm Syndrome.
Speaking of stuff liberals support, here’s a very powerful article about Obama’s drone war in Pakistan.
Sea homesteading might be the wave of the future as rich libertarians find new ways to not pay taxes and avoid the law. Apparently the normal ways of doing that aren’t enough.
Everyone is laughing at Netanyahu’s bomb diagram, but last week’s United Nations speeches from him and Obama are truly terrifying. I’ve been saying basically since January 2009 that Obama was gearing up for war with Iran. The signals last week couldn’t be any clearer. And, once again, if you vote for his re-election this is what you are voting for.
Just Plain Stupid
When will it stop?

Some of us actually do believe that food, housing, health care, etc. are social rights. Great article from the WSWS detailing what’s wrong with the Democratic Party’s response to Mitt Romney’s attack on the working class.
I don’t share Johnson’s politics one iota, but I have respect for the man. His libertarianism is principled and, most importantly, lacking in any of the extra creepy ideology that often accompanies libertarianism. I support his lawsuit to open up the debates.
Professor Lizzy has repeatedly and falsely claimed that she is of Cherokee descent. I doubt the veracity of her story that she was raised believing this, and I doubt her claim that she never received preferential treatment because of it.
I’m about to make a very unpopular statement, surprise of surprises: It is far more offensive to me that Professor Lizzy would lie about her heritage than it is that Brown’s campaign would use racist caricatures to belittle it. I find her behavior far more troubling than Brown’s staffers, even if I condemn both.
She’s not running because she knows she has no chance. Too old, too many skeletons in her closet, too deep of a bench of young, fresh faces on the Democratic side. Assange also apparently has some really damaging intel on her time as Secretary of State.
It ain’t over ’til it’s over and despite all outward appearances, this one ain’t over. The Tea Party is organized and working on getting out the vote for Mittens.
